Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During sales periods, holidays, or high-demand periods, delivery may take slightly longer.
For certain products that require additional preparation or production, delivery may take up to 3β4 weeks.
Shipping Cost
The standard shipping fee is β¬10 per order.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your total order amount.
Delivery Information
Delivery is considered completed when the package is delivered to the address provided during checkout and received by you or a person authorized by you.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If the courier cannot deliver the package (for example, the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect), the courier may attempt to contact you. If delivery cannot be completed, the package may be returned to us.
Failed Delivery or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to receive the parcel, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order.
